Welcome back to All Things Whiskey Podcast!  On this episode Host Mike Outcalt sits down with Devin Ershow, the CEO and Co-Founder of American Mash & Grain - a website that champions craft distilleries and dives deep into their stories.  Whiskey is about stories and telling the full story is seldom heard of in today's day and age.  Join us as we explore this conversation.  Devin talks about his industry experience, how he got involved with the company, and how/why he ultimately ended up in Colorado.  We also dive deep into how we define American Single Malt whiskies and how its the wild west compared to rules and regulations around making Bourbon and Rye.  Along the way, American Mash & Grain started making their own whiskey sourced from incredible craft distilleries and blended by talented industry people - this whiskey is called Borrowed Page.

• 34% Watershed Distillery Straight Bourbon
• 32% Wigle Whiskey Pennsylvania Straight Rye 
• 24% Spirits of French Lick, Lee Sinclair Bourbon (made with 13% Oats!)
• 10% Whiskey Del Bac Blended Mesquite Smoked Single Malt

Borrowed Page Volume 2 is blended by Ryan Mills - better known as That One Dude Ryan and is made of:

• 38% Virginia Distillery Single Malt (27% Cuvee Cask/11% Sherry Cask)
• 37% Mammoth Distilling Wolly Rye
• 25% Talnua Distilling Single Pot Still
