CONFIDENCE GROWS IN COMMUNITY Stephanie has been advocating for inclusion in both her professional and personal life for almost two decades. Stephanie is the co-founder of the Chasing Hazel Foundation (a registered charity that supports people with disabilities and their families). Working in partnership with affiliate owner John Mack, Stephanie has been a leader in the establishment and implementation of an adaptive/inclusive program at All Level CrossFit more than five years ago. She has seen people grow in ways they didn’t themselves think possible. During that time, she also attained her Adaptive & Inclusive trainer certificate and CrossFit-Level 1 Certificate while raising two daughters, one of whom was born with Down syndrome and became the namesake and inspiration for her charity — The Chasing Hazel Foundation.
