CONFIDENCE GROWS IN COMMUNITY Stephanie has been advocating for inclusion in both her professional and personal life for almost two decades. Stephanie is the co-founder of the Chasing Hazel Foundation (a registered charity that supports people with disabilities and their families). Working in partnership with affiliate owner John Mack, Stephanie has been a leader in the establishment and implementation of an adaptive/inclusive program at All Level CrossFit more than five years ago. She has seen people grow in ways they didn’t themselves think possible.
