Episode 56 - Dende and Manny

With the events happening this week we are pivoting from entertainment and releasing two episodes focused of the protesting happening in Houston in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. Episode 55 features Attorney Eddrea McKnight.  She will detail her experience helping to organize a group of legal observers that attended protest rallies in downtown Houston.  Many of them are also volunteering to represent protesters that are arrested free of charge.  She speaks about her experience during the rally and what she wants to see come out of the protests. Episode 56 features one of our previous guests, Dende, and his friend Manny Semere.  Dende and Semere describe attending a protest which eventually led to Semere's arrest.  Semere speaks on the what led to the arrest and his treatment while being detained while Dende speaks about his attempts to express his concerns with the Houston Chief of Police and more. We hope that listening to all three guest will give people an insight into what is happening at Houston protests.
