Buck was one of the very first pilots to fly the A-10 in combat during Operation Desert Storm in the early 1990's. Buck later flew as an instructor pilot in the T-38 Talon and is currently a Captain at a major US airline. He has also written many articles in various aviation publications and recently published his new book HOGS IN THE SAND now available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble or anywhere books are sold.
