Episode 56: Interview with Luke Bailey

This week we're chatting with Luke Bailey, who's the founder of Fourtier Buyer's Agents. Now, Luke's got a great story in that his first foray into property investing was unsuccessful. He's very generous in sharing the reasons why the properties didn't double in the first seven to 10 years as it was expected. And we talk about his chance with a property investing guru, which set him on a different path, to the point where he now has a portfolio of 14 high-performing properties. We talk to Luke about his four main rules for selecting an investment-grade property, we talk about his own back yard in Adelaide and some of the areas that he's investing in, across Australia.
