Episode 56: Loving God, Remembering Grace, and Trusting Jesus’ Authority

The Shema in Deuteronomy calls God’s people to love Him wholeheartedly and allow His Word to shape everyday life. Moses warns that success can lead to forgetfulness and pride, reminding Israel that their standing with God rests on His grace, not their righteousness. Luke 7 then reveals that grace in action through Jesus, who heals, forgives, and restores those who come to Him in humble faith. Together, these passages call us to remember God’s faithfulness, resist pride, and trust fully in the authority and compassion of Christ.
