Sonia Satra is a professional speaker, certified life coach and actress who blends her expertise to propel people “out of stuck and into action” through her Powerful Perspectives program. She has utilized this program and her coaching techniques with CEO’s as well as their staff to help them define the company vision, improve communication skills and create clarity and alignment during critical decision-making processes. Also, drawing from over 10,000 hours of on-screen and stage experience, she has developed several programs that utilize acting skills for personal and professional development. Sonia starred in sroles for many years on the CBS Daytime Drama “Guiding Light” and ABC’s “One Life To Live” in addition to numerous guest appearances and leading roles on other network shows, films, plays and commercials.
