Episode #56 -- Taxi Driver

In 56 episodes, this is our first time judging such a young performance. Jodie Foster astounded audiences in Taxi Driver not only because of the difficulty of playing a 12-year-old prostitute but how easily she was able to go up against method acting Robert DeNiro. There's a confidence and a complexity to this small role that is a perfect lead-in to the rest of her career.
