Effy Huck is a survivor of C-PTSD, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Sisu (see-sue). Sisu is a trauma-informed self-guided mental health toolkit to manage anxiety, panic, and stress. Effy created this mobile application from her own experiences healing as well as seeing a need from her work volunteering for the crisis text line and as well as education. The app is based on the most current trauma research including poly-vagal theory, sensorimotor therapy, and more.
