(Bonus episode) Liz and Chris are joined by Coach Fred Woods, a longtime staple at the Akron Area YMCA. As a basketball coach, Fred has helped mentor hundreds of young people and was, himself, the product of YMCA mentoring. Fred also discusses growing up in Akron and a new neighborhood project he’s undertaking, called Mobile Mentoring.
