She was working at IGIGI Dresses when she came up with the idea for StyleForIt -- an online site where plus size women can consign and buy pre-owned current fashion sizes 12–32 -- to provide a resale space for the expanding category of Plus Fashion. On this episode, Amanda shares why she decided to open up her own fashion business, some of the business successes and challenges she's faced since then, and how her business continues to evolve and grow.
