Brady is responsible for leading Human Resources Services for NASA.  Over the past two years, Brady has led the Executive HR Directors for NASA's ten field Centers.  He joined the Executive ranks in March 2016 as HR Director for NASA's Johnson Space Center—home to NASA's Astronauts and leaders in human space exploration, including the International Space Station, which recently celebrated 20 years of continuous human presence in space.
