Laura Lukos is a Queens based Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Access Bars Practitioner. She discovered these modalities while working through her own anxiety and started Golden Willow Healing to guide others on their journey to emotional wellness. Laura uses these noninvasive treatments to facilitate deep relaxation and provide access to the parasympathetic state where true healing can occur. In addition to her one-on-one work, she has led workshops all over New York City and has offered healing at retreats and festivals throughout the country. Laura holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and hails from Minnesota so she feels deeply connected to Prince and tater-tot hot dish.   In This Episode We Talk About: How Laura went from performing to healing.
