Rich is the NWTF (National Wild Turkey Federation) Washington State Vice President, Yakima Basin NWTF  Chapter President and the NWTF Save the Hunt Coordinator. Rich has inspired and educated many young hunters in Washington State during his time with NWTF, the WDFW as a wildlife officer and as a hunter education instructor.
