This is episode 58 of The Betar Project with special guest Brent Trotter.  Brent shares his story about drug and alcohol addiction which started from a young age and only seeking help at the age of 35. He shares the times he attempted to end it all so he could stop the pain. Now 3 years off drugs Brent runs The Black Dog community where men can feel safe in expressing their feelings without any judgement and in return receive positive helpful feedback.
