Today, I am joined by vegan restaurant owner, Nathaly Posso Londono. Growing up in Colombia, it wasn’t always easy being the vegan kid but that didn’t stop Nathaly. Vegan since she was 7, inspired and led by her mom after one of Nathaly’s siblings became sick from eating animal products, Nathaly grew up with a strong sense of what is right and wrong and an even stronger sense of who she is. She thanks god every day that her mom choose this lifestyle for her family and she thanks her mom for teaching her to love all animals and nature. Nathaly is now the proud owner of Red’s Leaf Cafe, where she brings her knowledge and experience of her 33 years as a vegan to the dishes she prepares every day.
