An unconventional childhood and a “never give up attitude” combined with extreme flexibility have led Ivanka Farrell on a journey of upward mobility as well as a front row seat to some of the most important people and campaigns of the past 2 decades. Currently, Ivanka leads a large team at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), an outcomes agency at the intersection of business, politics snd policy. In this interview Ivanka shares her story of courage, persistence, and growth from Jersey to DC and now Houston. Celebrating 15 years at BPI, and a new marriage, Ivanka’s positive attitude and fearlessness in taking care of her team and her family exhibit all the characteristics of a born leader.
