She is also the founder member of the first Community based organisation (CBO) in Delhi called Mitr Trust (2005) that works with issues of men who have sex with men (MSM), transgenders and hijras.She is founder of India’s first modelling agency, BOLD. She is also an actor and model. She also represent India at Global Fund for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as trans key affected population.
