Character is something that we all own individually.While the development of character is built over time and from many factors (parenting, environment, experience, who you hang out with), owning it is up to you.The easiest way to examine your own character is to ask the question, “What actions do I take when no one is looking?” Whether you like the answer or not, don’t judge yourself too heavily. Simply pivot or stay on course with the type of person you want to be.
