In 2020, the 2Tokens use-case "Electronic Bill-of-Lading (EBL)" started with the aim to develop the first legally binding digital transfer of ownership of the eBL based on statute law. In the past years, a lot had been done to realize this final step.Aljosja Beije, Blocklab CTO and captain of the EBL use-case, and Victor van der Hulst, program manager at Spark! Living Lab at the time of recording, currently, coalition manager at DBC, discussed the progress from going to EBL use-case phase I to phase II: integrating the TradeTrust framework into the Naviporta platform and making it ready for commercial use.In this podcast, we touch on the various players involved, the benefits of the use-cases, and the biggest challenges they had to overcome (not surprisingly, these were mainly regulatory issues).
