This episode is serving double duty! It's the final episode of the Lunar Year Series I started in the spring of 2023 where I show you how to look at the 12 months of the year as one big lunar cycle. And it's kicking off the next cycle since Winter is associated with the New Moon. So since it is a cycle, I have decided to keep the Lunar Year Series going and bring you an episode every quarter that lines up with the season and the corresponding lunar phase. With winter being the New Moon phase of the year, it is the time to set intentions. This rhythm follows the natural cycles of the seasons and the moon and not only does it make more sense to me, it feels better too.
