Episode 59: Want to Encourage a Mama? Say THIS!

On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset Podcast, I'm sharing two simple words that can truly encourage a mom friend. Inside the motherhood community, we can be quick to compare and in turn, feel like we're somehow doing something wrong, messing it up or missing the mark. But I want to encourage all of us to remember that we're on our own journey when it comes to parenting - just like everything else. Our job is to lift one another up through pausing to listen and offering validation - through the good times and the hard times. Take a moment today (or whenever you listen to this message) and reach out to a mom friend. Tell her she's doing great work and you want to know how you can support her. Make an effort to pause and listen to her heart and when you see the parallels between her journey and yours, share with her - "me too, sister."
