Who was the Serial Killer called the Bluebeard of Paris?  Who and how many did he kill?  Murdering women and their family members from January 1915 to January 1919. He was arrested and given a standing-room-only trial. It was thought Madam Guillotine had finished the story.  Yet in  1966 Bluebeard once more was in the world of media and news, as well as back in a modern courtroom.   Even today his severed head is displayed at the Museum of Death in Hollywood.  Was it Evil or just greed and want for power and control?
