Steve and Mags discuss the abstract thoughts on systems. Systems are important because they are the vehicle towards your given goal. This week we want you to establish a goal that you can work towards for improvement. The driver here is you need to know your baseline in order to improve, so if you don't know the baseline, find that first. Then add 1 to that baseline. The example was if you are selling cars and you sell 2 cars a week and that just isn't good enough for you financially, you need to sell 1 more car.
