Episode 6: Coaching Spotlight - Laura Lamp

This week we're introducing coach Laura Lamp. Laura is a certified Mindfulness Life Transition Coach and Grief Educator (who Yael knows from coaching school). In addition to her certifications, Laura brings 25 years of Training in Gestalt Awareness Practice, which is an intra-personal practice of honoring, supporting, and giving voice to all parts of oneself to create a vibrant and collaborative inner community. Laura brings the spirit of “All parts are welcome” to her individual and group sessions with clients. She is committed to providing the highest level of support, using her education, along with her own experience and insights to acknowledge and work with the impact of whatever life throws our way, along with the emotions, and the grief that can arise from it.
