In this episode “Comparison is thief of joy” We all fell for the comparison trap sometime. We are here to build tribe of highly motivates people. I am here to walk with you to achieve this goal. I will give you the exact steps to get to your goal.

The steps we discuss in this episode are -
Step 1 : Be aware that you are comparing.
Step 2: Practice your self worth.
Step 3: Do one thing everyday that makes you feel great about yourself.
Step 4 : Appreciate instead of Compare.
Step 5: Be okay with imperfection.

I will also give the action items to work on these steps and it will include the action plan for this week.

The action items for this week are
1. Find one thing that brings you joy and do it every morning immediately after waking up
2. Try the super hero pose
3. Notice and figure out your triggers
4. Call a friend and tell them how much you appreciate their certain quality
