Episode 6 Cut your Crap!

from The Phoenix Frequencies

Cut the Crap is, in English, a direct way of telling someone to stop saying things that are not true or not important: 'Just cut the crap and tell me what is really going on'. Playing around with words, Crabs belong to the subphylum Crustacean, the largest group of marine arthropods; most crabs move sideways, walking on four pairs of legs and holding their two legs with claws away from their body. They shed their hard shell, which would otherwise prevent growth. When the safe shell becomes too tight, it is time to create something aligned with their growth. Humans often don't dare to grow that way. We don't like change. When things get too tight in our emotional life, we keep moving sideways and take painkillers, food or other southing things to make us feel better. In this podcast, Nienke shares how shedding what isn't serving you any longer is key to moving on without repeating yourself.  We are all responsible for how we show up in the world, to others, ánd to ourselves. With Phoenix Frequencies, Nienke van Bezooijen shines her light on what we can do to be the best versions of ourselves based on how we show up and what we are willing to learn. It isn't about showing the way with pretended positivity, it is the heart-based vulnerability-sharing options. It takes courage to rise. See what is for you. Or share with others.  Perfect doesn't exist; curiosity can be the stepping stone to broaden your perspectives. Courage to move on from the past,Trust to be with the present,Rise to create a new future. If you want to be interviewed as a phoenix, write to  heartbraincoachnienke @gmail.com
