Forgiveness is the key to freedom. It is how you can leave the past where it belongs and it is essential to your personal and spiritual growth. I know if you have come this far with the podcast episodes that you are ready to evolve from the current state of unhappiness and a lack of Love. Forgiving myself for all I had done to others along my 23 year journey of Addiction and Destruction was the only way I was going to be someone different in the Present moment. Whatever has held you back in your life you are free to choose to stay in the Emotional Traumatic experience of staying in the same repetitive cycle or forgive those and yourself for all that has held you back and heal.
