In this episode I talk with Karen Deigl about how to shift your thinking, reduce your stress and find the support your need for yourself and the ones you love and care for.  Karen Rose Deigl is the President and CEO of the Senior Resource Association. A non-profit organization providing activities, education and services benefiting seniors in Indian River County. Ms. Deigl holds a B.S. in Health Administration from FAU and an M.S. in Health Administration from the University of Florida. In 2014 Karen received the Civic Professional Woman of the Year award from the Junior League of Indian River County. Karen is devoted to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of community residents through her work with SRA and her volunteer contributions with muliple organizations both at state and local levels.
