EPISODE 6: LOVE, SEX + DRUGS

TW // self harm + physical + emotional abuse. : hello my loves :) So lately a bitch been going thru ALOT + as a result i’ve been feeling out of touch + uninspired. when i feel like this i usually retreat into my apartment + let my homebody tendencies fly... BUT niggas is tryna vibrate higher so that’s a DUB. join myself + my best friend as we get REAL about what healing thru trauma looks like.. that includes using sex as a coping mechanism, drugs to numb, self care + unfortunately, self harm. : this episode was especially tough for me since i am divulging soo much about my history with mental health but that’s okay.. vulnerability is key.
