Episode #6 Martina Gobec - Creative Leadership Coach & Culture Designer

Fanni got introduced to Martina Gobec through a mutual friend and got curious about systems coaching. Martina is a multi-hyphen, a dot connector between experience design, strategy, leadership and systems coaching with 20 years of experience in digital innovation, product development and design education. She is a certified leadership coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach through Centre for Right Relationship (CRR Global). She works with leaders, teams and organizations to grow relational cultures and build regenerative futures. She is committed to catalysing impactful change across cultures and geographies. She loves mountains, art and the endless rabbit holes of learning. She is an explorer of the mythical, mystical, the unknown and unknowable.
