from The Doctor Dads Podcast · host thedoctordads

The Doctor Dads bring on a special guest Dr. Randy Michaux. Dr. Michaux shares his life experiences with Spartan racing and we discuss the importance of challenging yourself daily to experience the growth we all need in our lives. This is part 1 of a two part series. In part 2 we will dive into how to get started with your training, nutrition, supplementation, and much more. Dr. Randy Michaux graduated from Palmer Florida with Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2007.  In 2008, he opened Advanced Spinal Care and ran a successful chiropractic business for the past 10 years.   He and is family recently made a huge transition in their lives, moving from Virginia to the Boise, ID.  Over the past 4 years he has focused much of his efforts into the world of cellular health and heavy metal detox.  He is now doing full-time coaching to help people heal from chronic and debilitating conditions. He believes and has seen that we each have a God given purpose in this life. These experiences we mold and shape us into whom God wants us to be so we can contribute to the healing and growth of those put in our path.  He also loves the outdoors, from rock climbing and hiking to running and participating in Spartan races.  He has competed in 24 spartan races.  His favorites are the mountain courses because they push his body, mind and spirit to dig deep and find strength that wasn’t there before.  He has wonderful wife and 4 awesome kids who have also competed in the races.  We like to make it a family event.  Dr. Randy invites anybody interested in OCR racing to join his Spartan Wellness Tribe group page on Facebook.
