Episode 6 - The Need to Belong W/h Jenny O’Hare

In this episode I welcome on a very good friend and work colleague of mine Jenny O'Hare who is a deep ecologist living in the west of Ireland. In this podcast we delve into this deep subject of Belonging. How it is a fundamental need in life to feel like we belong. We also look at the culture of Ireland and our relationship with this country, both the beauty of living here and also the difficulty with the history and trauma which is still viscerally present. Jenny and I hold a retreat twice a year In Donegal where we delve into this subject and look to see how we can foster this sense of belonging with ourselves, with others and the natural world around us.
