With the nice weather this week, it is so fitting for who I am speaking to today. My guest today is my friend Vicki Bierman of Victoria’s Garden, a Floral Company here in Rapid City. Vicki is an icon in our community, with one of the most successful, and longest lasting businesses in downtown Rapid City. She brings joy to everyone she meets, and I was so glad to have a conversation with her to share with all of you.
