Tonight for the Virgo Blood Moon LUNAR eclipse we chatted with BODY astrologer Xochitl Nieves Xochitl (so-chi) Nieves is a self-declared body astrologer, medical astrology student, and founder of Starwitch Haven. With a B.A. in Sociology from San Francisco State University, she approaches astrology through the lens of social systems, human behavior, and embodied experience.Originally self-taught, Xochitl immersed herself in astrology through 8 years of independent study — devouring books, lectures, and chart practice whenever & wherever she could. She later refined her craft under Jason Fleming (@thesagittarianmind), deepening her technical foundation and philosophical approach to birth charts. Her work evolved into a focused study of medical astrology, having completed a 2 year program at the Academy of Medical Astrology with Judith Hill and is certified in Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Kira Sutherland’s Astrology of Health, currently working on completing Levels 4 and 5.She is also pursuing her Fundamentals Certificate through Kepler College, continuing to integrate traditional, modern, and medical frameworks into her practice. With aspirations to study naturopathy, her long-term vision centers on holistic, ethical, and informed approaches to astrology and wellness.Xochitl specializes in what she calls “body astrology” — exploring the connection between planetary placements, lifestyle practices, societal implications & the human body as a whole. Her approach is rooted in practicality & empowerment, using astrology mindfully for awareness, not fear.Find Xochitl’s work herehttps://linktr.ee/starwitchhavenTonight we discussed the practice of Medical astrology, health and the body in the context of eclipses and what we might expect from the upcoming transit of Uranus in Gemini (2026-2033) - which officially kicks off next month! we covered so much in this conversation - thank you Xochitl Nieves for joining me it was such a good chat xoxo So grab that cup and join us,in a sip of stardust 🫖 ✨Join me for my next live video in the app.Thank you Dewi Maile Lim, The💄Witch, and many others for tuning into my live video with Xochitl Nieves!
