Episode 6. What draws students to consider a career in rural health ?

During a Wilderness Medicine student led educational event on Mount Holdsworth Dr Jo Scott-Jones chats to undergraduates about what would motivate them to consider a career in rural medicine. It’s fascinating to hear how their vision of what it can be like aligns with the lived experience of doctors expressed in previous episodes. It’s also a challenge for us to work out how we can build on the drivers to attract more people to this awesome career - not just in rural areas but across the country.
