Episode 6: What's your why?

In this episode we talk all about why you want to have a why! Having a why isn't "mandatory" to have a successful career, but I do believe it can help you in the long run with meaning and purpose! Having a why helps you to connect your head + heart to what you're doing. You'll want to have your "why" for your hard day = those days that you want to give up and quit and also for the incredible days too = clients are singing your praises! You feel on top of the world and like the best stylist ever! Your why is connected to both the good and the bad and that's why I want to help you  figure out what your why is.
