Episode 60: Andie (@cartwheel_ac)

from What I Live For · host Willie Gillis

On this episode, this week’s guest is Andie (@cartwheel_ac). I became aware of Andie after listening to a podcast that she did with my coach, Daryl Perry. You can listen to that episode here. She was saying things that I absolutely believed in and I was completely into the whole episode with a smile on my face. She gets it. She knows the ins and outs of a healthy lifestyle and she's proving it every day.  Andie is a coach, a mom and an all around badass! I was excited to bring her on the podcast and just pick her brain. I wanted to know what makes her tick and in this episode, you find out why Andie pursues progress. This makes me a fan. I love people who just know what they want and go after it. I can't say much about Andie without putting a smile on my face. She's a rockstar. She loves fitness. She loves being a strong woman and she's putting in the work to show others that they can be strong as well.   I hope you all enjoy this thorough conversation.
