Whether it's helping you return to intentional movement postpartum, sinking into her massage table for a treatment, or supporting you through your pregnancy and birth, her work is an organic blend of her experiences as a mother, a mover, a bodyworker, an educator and an advocate.  Hannah believes strongly in empowering individuals to make intentional choices around their births and above all else, trusts that each person knows their body best. Now, she’s on a mission to bring continuous care to the prenatal and postnatal wellness space, helping pregnant and birthing people, their partners, and families feel supported through these tender years. When she's not in the birth room, you can find her running ridiculously long distances on trails, lifting heavy things, dancing at folk festivals, reading a book or chasing after her energetic 4-year-old and 6-month-old.
