Jim's work as a transformational business leader featured in numerous books, articles, and academic business case studies. Jim is considered a master practitioner of Positive Leadership. His consulting practice, Mindset Advisors LLC, has helped turn loose the power of positive deviance for scores of organizations worldwide.   Jim has held senior-level positions with Aetna, Hartford Life, and, most recently, CEO and Chairman Prudential Real Estate.  During his career, he has worked throughout North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. Jim holds a BSBA and an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management, Suffolk University, in Boston.
