EPISODE #60 Josh Aveles & Anthony Rodriguez

On this episode, we have Pro MMA fighter Josh "El Rey" Aveles and longtime friend of Lance's, Anthony Rodriguez. Josh is a veteran in the sport of MMA, fights out of Millennia MMA, grew up in the Inland Empire, is a father and has some heart-wrenching and intense stories from his past. Josh opens up immensely on this episode and pours his heart out while talking about how he was raised and the difficulties of growing up in the hood without a father. The emotional journey he has endured makes him a warrior and watching him fight is video proof that this man has a huge heart. We had a ton of topics to discuss before recording this episode, but we were so involved with Josh's stories, that most of the questions we had, were never asked.
