In today's episode I am joined with Lauren who has crohn's disease she was diagnosed in 2018 when she was 21 years old. She works for the NHS and specialises in Mental Health. Lauren's talks us through her journey. The ups and downs. Lauren thinks is important to speak about her Crohn's because it helps people. She also has a Stoma, she talks a bit about that too. We talk about a Stoma being another thing on top of a Chronic Illness.  Thank you again Lauren!
