Welcome back to the next part of my story when I was serving in an inner city church in the youth group. I recall the events that led up to us uprooting and moving to the inner city. I describe what it was like to live under a bridge, the wonderful people we were called to serve, and the delicious food there. I set the stage to the legalism, toxic shaming, and shallow preaching that was to be the norm in this church. I remember how I started teaching my first voice students during that time.
