The team also discusses the emergence of a new migrant caravan and an episode of The Gavel covering new developments in immigration litigation. PRODUCERS NOTE: This episode was recorded the day before the Supreme Court stayed the injunction on the public charge rule. The second circuit's injunction was the last one standing so the rule can go into effect now.
