After many years of growing apples they wanted to create a new world cider, which is real terms means it’s not too sweet and perfectly balanced.The brand had a testing start after their brewery was vandalised before they went to market, they couldn’t get their insurance paid and they were down 1 million dollars before a bottle had been sold.
