Sarcoidosis patients have shared many stories with me here on the Sarc Fighter podcast.  It got me thinking about expectations.  What did we expect from our lives before sarcoidosis?  What do we expect now?  Do we ever expect to get our old lives back -- and how hard should we try to get there.  Managing expectations can be tough and perhaps frustrating.  But it can also be fulfilling.
