Episode 610: The Invite review, Best Movies of 2026 So Far

Come on over for some charcuterie and film criticism on the latest episode of Breakfast All Day. We have an early review of "The Invite," starring Olivia Wilde, Seth Rogen, Penélope Cruz and Edward Norton. They play neighboring couples in a San Francisco apartment building who get together for a hilarious and exquisitely awkward dinner party. Wilde directs from a screenplay by Will McCormack and Rashida Jones, based on the Spanish film "The People Upstairs." Opening in New York and Los Angeles June 26 before expanding nationwide in upcoming weeks. Then, we thought we'd take a moment at the halfway point of the year to highlight our favorite movies so far.
