Who is Di Worby I’ve been heavily involved in the aviation industry for 36 years. In my private life I flew as a GA pilot for 22yrs but retired due to other commitments a few years ago. In my work life I’ve had differing roles for the last 36 years but a majority of the time has been in developing and delivering training, business management and leadership of our team. The key focus of my work is the development and delivery of human factor training in both aviation and other safety and performance critical industries outside aviation such as healthcare, oil & gas, nuclear, rail and emergency services. We have clients who receive our Human Factor training in every continent of the world (including Antarctica).
