Drawing from her counseling background, Kelly helps us understand what grief does to our minds and bodies and why so many moms feel "broken" or "out of control" after loss. She also explains different grieving styles, how these show up in relationships, and how recognizing them can foster compassion and unity. This tender, hope-filled conversation points us to our Savior who understands trauma firsthand and promises healing for our wounded hearts.
