Frank and James start off with some fun hot dog related facts as they preview the 2020 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest and 4th of July weekend. To talk more in depth about the event and their competitive eating careers, they welcome on Miki Sudo as she seeks her 7th straight title in the event and Nick Wehry who ate 36 last year and is back for his 3rd appearance at Coney Island! (Interview runs from 6:15~42:00) The Hungry Couple give all the details behind how they train, tips for eating quick effectively, and more of the inside scoop in what will be a unique event from years past with social distancing protocols in effect! They list some of their favorite parts of the event as well as other fun eating competitions they've done as well. At the heart of it all, they agree they enjoy using their talents to give back to the community as well shouting out the donations from Nathan's to Feeding America. After the interview, the guys highlight some of the betting odds for the event and then branch out into the MLB's return and Cam Newton heading to New England. In financial news, some bank restrictions have been placed into effect as the market teeters on coronavirus news after closing out on the strongest quarter for the S&P 500 since 1988.
